Disk space requirement:

You will need minimum 8 GB of free space to download, decompress and install the application.
After the installation is done, temporary directories are automatically deleted.
 

Anti-virus:

Please disable anti-virus/firewall service you may have running for the installation.
 

Slow internet connection?

If you have a slow internet connection, your connection may time out. We recommend you use a FTP client like FileZilla (Use hostname: ftp.gt-global.com).
