Village at Queensridge

Description

The Village at Queens Ridge is a mixed use development including retail, restaurants, office space, and luxury condominiums. Hardstone Construction, the main contractor, hired GT to develop a modeling infrastructure (Digital Project software and hardware, all on-site) within its organization.

Hardstone originally contacted GT to coordinate design documents. The GT modeling team reconstructed the design documents in Digital Project and created an integrated 3D Building Information Model. The GT team is working with Hardstone on the construction site.

The construction team is using the Digital Project model to coordinate the build, procure architectural elements, and assist construction through project completion.
